Pop Up! New Year Release and Restore with Amanda Morris
Let us ring in the new year with release and restoration. Our afternoon begins with a restorative yoga session acknowledging and releasing of 2023. Next join us for a meditative forest walk through nature to spend time in reflection. When we return we dive into vision mapping, mapping out the experiences, desires, feelings, and manifestations we want to bring into 2024.
After, create a blessing bundle of natural items and journaled intentions to invite your desires in for 2024.
Wrap up the day with a Bon Fire Release Ceremony to let it all go and send blessings for the new year. Finally, enjoy the sauna and hot tub of the Tropical Greenhouse Spa, and dare to start the year with a cold plunge!
